Questions
Do I need an account for free flashcards?
Yes. Signing in lets us attach the deck to you. There is no charge.
Why can I not open someone else’s deck link?
Every flashcard request checks an entitlement. Without one, the file is not sent.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars only.
When is shipping charged?
Only if a paperback is in the cart. It is $6.00, and free when the paperback subtotal reaches $50.
What happens after a full refund?
Access that came from that order is revoked. A partial refund does not remove it. A membership can still cover a title.
